Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with a team of specialists to address complex client needs.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver a seamless, year-round experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with PTIN and tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build local relationships and grow TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
