Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

This role emphasizes community outreach, building long-term client relationships, and growing TurboTax’s local footprint.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns/season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office during 8:00–17:00 local, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert; English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem and relevant services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and handle inquiries in person or via video tools.
