Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate complex situations, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will also grow the local client base, build relationships, and support marketing efforts using TurboTax tools to drive year-round prosperity for clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
