Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts, onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice.

You will connect customers with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with hands-on tax support and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and referrals.
