Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States to provide tax advice and full-service tax preparation.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, combining tax knowledge with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training and development.
