Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You will also grow the local client base, build a trusted community presence, and help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios with our marketing support and resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Potential to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
