Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns/season) using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients (personal and business)
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide ongoing tax planning
• Grow local TurboTax client base and engage in community outreach
• Connect clients with complementary services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage client meetings on-site
