Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided; advertising usage of name/photo.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds with future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
