Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end services and help grow the local client base. You’ll engage with customers in person and virtually, guiding them through tax planning, deductions, and complex scenarios while leveraging Intuit resources to offer holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax location for 20+ hours/week.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to build local/community presence and marketing support.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with prospects.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn single transactions into long-term client commitments.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
