Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients while educating customers about Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You will drive local growth, build long-term client relationships, and leverage marketing resources to expand TurboTax’s presence in your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base through outreach and events.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
