Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation, while building local client relationships and expanding the TurboTax client base. You will work onsite, serving in-person and virtual customers, collaborating with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: grow a new local customer base and organize events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships: develop long-term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional service and exceptional client satisfaction.
