Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services. You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and help clients achieve financial goals.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation per policy.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
