Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios with a personal, trusted approach. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with cross‑functional experts, and deliver end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent / CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end‑to‑end customer experiences with accuracy and empathy.
