Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients with simple to complex tax situations and driving local growth through community outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide Tax Expertise: Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Act as a local business owner mindset, identify prospects, lead community events, and build local growth with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as part of comprehensive service.
• Build Relationships: Develop long-term trust with clients and turn transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: Ensure professionalism, empathy, and solutions across in-person and virtual engagements.
