Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning services. You’ll grow a local client base, participate in community events, and deliver an outstanding customer experience using TurboTax tools and CRM.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base and engage with the community.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to convert transactions into year-round engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients with tax questions using Intuit tools.
