Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. You will engage with the local community to grow the client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and participate in marketing initiatives that showcase TurboTax capabilities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent,CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver excellent, end-to-end customer experiences in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with marketing resources to build local presence.
