Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. As a community ambassador, you’ll drive local growth, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of experience filing 1040s using professional tax software (federal and state). Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and comply with company requirements, including uniforms and branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and translate tax concepts into clear guidance for clients.
