Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support year‑round financial well‑being. You’ll actively grow the local client base, host community events, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain client trust.
