Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and leverage marketing tools to grow a thriving client base while helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios with confidence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Experience with personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Lead community outreach and local client growth initiatives.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
