Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You will engage with customers personally and virtually, help grow the local client base, participate in community events, and support tax planning beyond filing. This role emphasizes service excellence and local market ownership.

Competenze

Tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location on-site.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
