Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles, serving clients onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You provide full-service tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with experts in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and use TurboTax marketing tools to grow your presence while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials in tax or accounting and strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to expand services beyond tax filing to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location and meeting clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists on business tax, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and utilize Intuit tools for client success.
