Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, providing on-site tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service while building a local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal and state tax returns
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Willing to complete required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
