Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiar.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite role with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and networking with TurboTax marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear communication.
