Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships and showcase the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences and lasting value. This role requires on-site presence and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete all training and development required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, helpful service.
