Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with Intuit solutions while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and build long-term relationships.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with other specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
