Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and connecting clients with Intuit's broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with team collaboration.
