You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience and long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes local market growth, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifikationen

• Must be EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Willing to complete required training and compliance
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be photographed for advertising
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll as appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and manage local marketing efforts with TurboTax tools.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with ongoing year-round support.
