You will deliver personalized tax solutions, manage complex scenarios, and collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure a seamless client experience. You will drive local growth, build trust in the community, and use Intuit tools to expand services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office during defined hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and planning using Intuit tools.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
