Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN and familiarity with federal/state tax rules.
• Experience advising clients on tax planning and financial considerations.
• Willingness to grow into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support local client growth through outreach and relationship building.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with the local community through events and partnerships.
• Uphold compliance, accuracy, and professional standards in all work.
