Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs in real time. You’ll build local client relationships, drive community engagement, and grow the TurboTax business through outreach, events, and partnerships, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete training, wear Intuit uniforms, and may be used in advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.
• Represent TurboTax in community settings and online channels.
