Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, serving in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists. Build local relationships, drive growth, and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences that empower customers year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and complete required training.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and participate in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
