Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a complete financial solution.

You will build local client relationships, expand the business, and contribute to community outreach while maintaining high service standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proficient tax preparation skills across personal and small business returns.
• Active PTIN/credentials required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Open to upskilling into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams for holistic client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Maintain compliance and participate in required training programs.
