Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation, personalized advisory, and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You will build local client relationships, drive community growth, and participate in marketing efforts to expand TurboTax adoption.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and PTIN active.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Work with marketing tools and resources to grow local presence and referrals.
