Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients to a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll build a client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with marketing tools to expand TurboTax presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Lead local growth by outreach, networking, and community events to build client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver excellent in-person and virtual customer experiences and address inquiries.
