Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site in our local TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building a thriving local client base.

You will collaborate with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, creating end-to-end financial solutions and a trusted community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upsell services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Build and nurture local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem for referrals and cross-services.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm.
