Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and seamless support, collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base by engaging with the community, hosting events, and using marketing tools to build relationships.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Assist in complex scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
