Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering in-person and virtual tax services and building a local client base.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring end-to-end service and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
