Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, build a local client base through outreach, and ensure a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience that supports customers year-round.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Assist with complex tax situations and future tax planning.
• Lead local growth via outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Interact with clients using TurboTax tools and CRM.
