Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized advice.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, coordinating with specialists to ensure a complete financial solution. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and help clients optimize deductions while aligning with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, building local client base and relationships with prospects and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning to deliver year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience and ongoing value.
