Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax clients, provide expert tax advice and full-service return preparation, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless client experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events while using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients.
• Engage customers in-person and via TurboTax tools.
