Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and personalized service. You’ll grow a local client base, connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, and maintain strong community relationships while providing end-to-end tax support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, plus ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and development, including compliance and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Leverage marketing tools and tech to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
