Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, engage with clients, and support end-to-end TurboTax experiences. As a Local Service Expert, you’ll work onsite, deliver hands-on tax preparation, and connect clients with Intuit specialists for comprehensive financial solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Mandatory tax credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney) with hands-on tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear guidance.
