Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at our locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax prep, expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services to deliver end-to-end support.

You will build local client relationships, drive growth, and help customers achieve financial outcomes. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, training, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Bridge clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and service excellence.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and video tech.
