Intuit seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base.

You'll collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, creating end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients. Onsite duties require strong communication and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage with local community; build client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Assist clients in complex tax scenarios and planning for future considerations.
• Attend training and comply with company requirements and branding.
