Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040s filed per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem and other services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
