Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to create a seamless end-to-end experience for each client. You’ll grow the local client base, host community events, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving practice dedicated to empowering customers year round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• onsite presence 20+ hours/week, hours may vary.
• Training and uniform policies are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Offer tax advice and planning for complex and straightforward returns.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
