Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide expert tax advice and full‑service tax return preparation for personal and small business clients, while building a local client base and collaborating with Intuit's ecosystem of services. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, organize community outreach, and leverage marketing resources to grow a thriving local practice aligned with

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as directed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Support discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build local relationships and attract new clients through community outreach.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in person and via video tools.
