Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and drive local growth at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, delivering end-to-end tax services and connecting customers with broader Intuit resources. You’ll help individuals and small businesses navigate complex tax situations, from W-2s to amendments, while building trust and loyalty within your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to training and cross-training; uniforms; use of name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships, turning one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
