Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses.

You’ll build local relationships, drive new client growth, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support to grow your local practice and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office hours 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and use Intuit uniforms and branding.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping or payroll as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
