Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax expertise and connect clients with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes local growth, in-person and virtual service, and building lasting client relationships while guiding customers through personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive local growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure clients understand their financial picture.
